Development of Digital Literacy Competence among English Teachers after In-Service Teacher Training (PPG Daljab)

This highlights the importance of digital literacy in contemporary teaching, and explores the extent to which PPG enhance these skills. Using a qualitative descriptive method with multiple case studies, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. Creswell's thematic analysis method ensured data consistency. The findings revealed significant improvements in teachers' digital skills including the use of Google Classroom, video creation, and active student engagement. This enhanced digital literacy contributes to better lesson planning and teaching effectiveness. This study underscores the need for ongoing training and policy support in order to sustain these competencies.
